Covid-19

A few things have changed behind the scenes at Mark Hebron since March, here's what you need to know:

• Please arrive at the advised scheduled time for your appointment, as the waiting area will not be in use. This is to limit your exposure to us and our exposure to you. We will advise you over the telephone of our current Covid-19 policy. Please wait by the door for a member of staff to show you to your chair, after they have taken your temperature.

​

• Please limit what you bring to the salon, ideally just your phone and card payment. We will have protective bags to put a handbag in, if needed.

​

• You will be invited to sanitise your hands on arrival, along with being given a PPE package for your use.

​

• All our team will be wearing PPE, don't be alarmed! For anyone who is a little nervous, we do have a self-isolating sanctuary room available upon request.

​

• The salon will be thoroughly deep-cleaned and stations will be cleaned in between each guest.  

​

• Lastly but most importantly, if you have ANY SYMPTOMS AT ALL of Covid 19, please do not attend the salon. Even if you start to feel unwell on the way to your appointment, please do not come in.
